This website, danielsonservices.com, is operated by Danielson Bookkeeping & Consulting. This policy explains what information the website collects and how it is used. It does not cover information exchanged during a bookkeeping engagement, which is handled under the terms agreed with each client.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, organization, email address, phone number, organization type, current software, and your message. That information is sent by email to Danielson Bookkeeping & Consulting so we can reply to you. It is used only to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible services, and it is never sold.

The form is not intended for sensitive financial details. Please don't send account numbers, passwords or similar information through it.

Service providers

The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and contact form messages are delivered through an email delivery service. Our website provider receives a monitoring copy of form notifications so it can confirm the form is working. Submissions identified as unsolicited sales messages are routed to that provider for review instead of to us.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use advertising cookies. If analytics are added to understand how visitors use the site, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Retention

Enquiries are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then deleted.
