About
Carey Danielson
Bookkeeper and financial consultant, MBA, and QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor, serving churches and small businesses across the Treasure Valley.
Two careers that meet in the books
Carey Danielson has 20+ years of hands-on bookkeeping and financial-management experience, much of it with churches: designated funds, giving records, church payroll, budgeting, and reports for pastors, boards and finance committees.
Alongside that sits a broader professional background of 30+ years in business, consulting, technology and systems. That experience shapes how the bookkeeping is done: not just recording transactions accurately, but improving the processes that produce them.
Why churches and small businesses
Most churches and small businesses can't justify a full-time CFO or controller, yet they deal with real financial complexity. Danielson Bookkeeping & Consulting exists to bring that level of financial and systems thinking to organizations that need it most and are least likely to have it in-house.
How Carey works
Accuracy comes first. Books are reconciled, reports are delivered on a predictable schedule, and findings are explained in plain language. Carey is clear about scope: tax preparation, audits, legal and investment advice stay with the professionals you choose, and Carey works alongside them.
